1. To collect, assess and disseminate to physicians, nurses, dentists, scientists and other health care providers with an interest in the discipline of pain (the “interested parties”) and to the public-at-large information relating to the character, treatment and management of chronic pain with a view to educating and promoting the education of such persons as to such character, such treatment and such management;

2. To initiate, engage in, fund and otherwise promote research and projects into the discipline of pain control and to record and disseminate the results of such research and projects with a view to educating and promoting the education of the interested parties and other interested persons as to the discipline of pain control;

3. To initiate, engage in, fund and otherwise promote the training of interested parties in the discipline of pain control;

4. To co-operate with and give donations to other persons, institutes and organizations in Ontario, whether or not incorporated, which have objects similar, in whole or in part, to the objects of the Foundation, provided the beneficiary is eligible to receive such funds from a registered Ontario charity;

5. To hold and participate in public meetings, conferences, seminars and exhibitions and otherwise promote and encourage discussion of matters relating to the character, treatment and management of chronic pain with a view to educating and promoting the education of the participants and the public-at-large as to such character and such treatment;

6. To establish and maintain a library or collection of publications, books, drawings, recordings and other literature relating to the character, treatment and management of chronic pain with a view to education and promoting the education of interested parties and the public-at-large as to such character, such treatment and such management;

7. To acquire, accept, or receive gifts, donations, legacies, grants and bequests of money or other real or personal, moveable property and to hold, invest, expand, sell, lease, mortgage or otherwise dispose of such property for the purpose of the Foundation and the furtherance of its objects; and

8. To do all such other things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
